But, but... he will bring peace in less than 24 hours :O

In the end it will turn out that Andrew Tate is the one with class :S

Sex work is decriminalised, but exploitation, human trafficking, rape, prostitution outside the legal framework, abuse, unconsensual acts, ... are still in violation with the law. Sex workers deserve rights too, they deserve a legal framework, the deserve care, no matter if you like it or not.

They shouldn't roll over or die. They should understand what happened and start working on better potential candidates.

I'm sure he's pretty popular, but I'm also sure he spends thousands and thousands per week on buying views, likes and subscribers.
comment in response to post
No, that's not what this means or implies.

It's about 1 twitter account. 1. Most of the 295000 don't have any publishing rights at all. They are journalists, not media outlets.
comment in response to post
Because your government, like in most countries, choose the opposite route, where sex work is criminalised in most circumstances.
comment in response to post
Well yes, they did, because sex work is only recently decriminalised. Now there's a legal framework where it's possible under certain circumstances.
comment in response to post
It's about one twitter account. Members do what they want, they don't work for the EFJ.

European, not EU. Don’t worry, the EUROPEAN journalists won’t disappear. Propaganda will keep on coming from the same bots as usual.
comment in response to post
It’s about 1 twitter account, not the thousands accounts of their members.

So what is your point? A little bit of separation of powers is enough because it can always be worse? It's up to a government to guarantee that justice is served without bias, undue influence, or conflict of interest. Failing that time after time doesn't make the problem go away.

Which is one of their newly gained rights, as written in law: The right to refuse a potential client, decide which sexual acts to perform or not, set conditions for these acts, and stop any act at any moment.
comment in response to post
Well yes, that's what I just did. And separation of powers, just like separation of church and state, should be on top of their priorities.
comment in response to post
But you are... the media. Editor-in-chief. Literally.

But this is about what Joe Biden did. Making false promises. Being a partial judge for his own children. That's not what a president who wants to restore confidence in government should do.
comment in response to post
I hope people realise this only means "The decision to suspend our @EFJEUROPE account". No more, no less. Yes, it's a good start, but EFJ aren't publishers and journalists can obviously publish where they want.

First on my mind are a bunch of youtubers.

It's not about Biden vs Trump, this is what you get when even a more sane president abuses his power instead of working to reform the justice system into something more fair. You can't be serious if you believe it's abuse of power when Trump does it, but it's completely fine for Biden.
comment in response to post
As president, he should ensure that everyone receives a fair, honest, and impartial trial—without playing the role of judge himself. A judge ruling on their own family would be removed from the case. Yet here we have a president doing exactly that. Again.
comment in response to post
Sadly, Trump has been the focus of the elections from the start. If the past year had been about policy and progress, his chances would have been much slimmer.

Journalists can do what they want. This is not anything "corporate". It's a collection of unions and a federation for journalists, not a media outlet, not a publisher, not a publisher union. A journalist can still publish or broadcast where they want (which in Europe is usually not twitter).
comment in response to post
EU doesn't have anything to do with that, and doesn't have a say over it. In most country you also can't just ban/prosecute somebody for not liking his political ideas.
comment in response to post
No, it's about as far from "separation of powers" as possible. The USA needs impartial justice, not a president or parties who mangle with appointments, judges and revoking sentences.
comment in response to post
At least it was expected. But no, I stand for an impartial justice system, free from party politics, where political appointments of judges and ministers/presidents involved in sentencing/pardoning have no place.

It's Syndey!

I wouldn't be my cup of tea, I honestly like the Diamond League format, but it would obviously be more interesting if the "stars" competed more often. Which won't happen, mostly because the americans are stuck with their trials which almost kills the DL format.
comment in response to post
Probably that would be Norwegian Wood. But I'm not sure... Strawberry Fields Forever is a strong contester.

Usually when I like a movie in any of those genres, those movies are soooo unpopular... I gave up hope! Actually I mostly wish studios would give up on all those incredibly expensive sequals and movie-series. Imagine what they could do with the avatar 1-5-budget (1.5 billion doller?)

People like you make life very, very hard for people like me :D

Protection of the rights of workers and employees is pretty good in Belgium. I guess USA is mostly business oriented, and (way) less on their people.
comment in response to post
Not everybody lives in the USA. I don't care about Trump, while I do care about equal rights and equal opportunities. Pointing that out doesn't feel like an insult, not now and not when that guy retires in a while.
comment in response to post
Lol, I can :') (ok, what is Wicked? A series?)

I stopped mostly because of the sick algorithm. Every 4 posts it was shit from Musk or teenagers beating each other up, no matter how much I clicked "not interested".

It wasn't on the radio (and I'm not american ;) ) Probably Spotify suggested it and I saved it in my "liked songs" a little little while ago.

Ok. One more...

Nah. I'm 10 years older and I swear this year I'll make/publish at least 1 song (yes, my first) and it will kick ass! You choose the right way. And yes, self-doubt is a bitch...

Hello new contact! (wait, I already know "Fruit Is Year Three"... make that: hello, stunning artist I listen to in the morning on my way to the real world)

<3 yep, brace for incoming noise!

He seems to be out-of-touch. Again. It's one of those tactics that convince his peers, but not the real world. It would seriously hurt his economy.
