I like books, writers, all things outer space. Hope my soul makes it to the era of galactic travel. I’m a professional musician in NYC lucky enough to be working a steady gig under a union contract.

It is, but also this dude is nuts and not super bright. He will struggle to maneuver the FBI at times, perhaps at all. Managing 2 agencies? He will implode through sheer personal inadequacy.

I live in his district btw

All due respect to Nadler, but he 100% needs to be challenged. Haven’t heard a peep from him since the coup started and that’s disqualifying.

Deconstructing the military administrative system is catastrophically stupid. Institutionally suicidal.

All the dumbest ideas. So many.

It’s amazing that they’re carrying this charade out over a period of years, and to preserve what, his stupid face? The things his people spend energy thinking about baffles me.

But can red states even afford to secede? New York where I live, California..we really could. New England could. Minnesota could. But red states are taker states (perhaps except Texas?) and need our liberal tax dollars to cover their basics, especially hospitals & schools. Sad but true for them.

Red states like OK are in the find out phase, and it is going to be very ugly for them. Many rural places will be disproportionately harmed by a receding federal presence.

Only the best and brightest at Trump’s WH 🙄

He very much enjoyed throwing up that Sieg Heil and proclaiming “Amen” after he did. Disgusting coy smile on his face while the scummy CPAC crowd cheers him on. Worst people in America by far.

Despite the generational-scale damage he is doing to our institutions, he is simultaneously sabotaging himself in record time. The loathing of the people will be beyond words soon enough.

Nothing could better express the insidious symbolism of Trump taking over the Kennedy Center.

Banning threw up a Sieg Heil. He did it on purpose with a slick little smile on his face. Call it what it is.

Why why why do people still think Trump has business acumen? He has failed up his whole life. It’s his only talent, apparently.

This was 100% true then and now.

Would be super cool if the wealthy paid meaningful taxes. Like just on par with the rest of us.

This is not gonna play the way he thinks it will. He is sabotaging himself in record time.

Perhaps inexorable greed and the possibility of operating in an economy with diminished government oversight made people forget what a giant moron the man is? I’m too middle class to fathom it fully 🤣

But tax cuts? That’s all I can think of.

There isn’t enough paper in the world to list Trump’s crimes, but this one….oof. Put it up at the top. Immorality beyond all measure.

They are trying to cull the herd of workers in insidious ways. Betcha RFKJr doesn’t wait in any lines.

It would be a delight to watch Tesla tank. Not only because of Elon but because they are virulently anti-union. Americans can always buy EVs from real American companies like GM and Ford.

I swear he’s one of maybe ten Dems who actually understand what the hell is actually happening right now. Hell yeah JB for Prez 100%
comment in response to

100% agree. Institutional Democrats just don’t seem to grasp how severe this situation has become. Where there should be burning urgency, we see hedging and feckless calls for “bipartisanship.” What a ridiculous word that is in this age of monstrosity.

When will some of the legal action relating to Trump/DOGE etc finally reach SCOTUS? Holding out some hope that they try to rein in some of the mess they’ve helped to create.

Zelenskyy has many levels and is richly tapestried, especially after leading the defense of his nation for 4 years.
Trump has a black hole where his heart should be, and it is eating up our entire nation.

My music director was at an animal shelter with his daughter to adopt a dog this AM, and there was a one-eyed cat there that the shelter folk have named Sauron. I read your post immediately after he told us that anecdote, so it seems the universe is confirming your therapist’s assertion lol

Bird flu will crush us next winter and the same idiots who hatched this plan will be begging for the CDC’s help. Too bad pandemics don’t select for idiocy.
