Nice false analogy! Hitler didn't use the law to force vegetarianism on people. If he did, and vegetarians used the law to force people to be vegetarian, then you might have made a good analogy.

If you're trying to cut down I can thoroughly recommend this app. I've set a hard limit of 5 minutes of bsky per day, and 15 at the weekend.
I physically am unable to use instagram, FB, Discord or chrome before 9:30 (my choice) and it just shows "Go the fuck to work" if I try. Absolute life saver.
