But blaming everyone else but himself. I'm in Scotland and I've just tuned in to the ongoing press conference with the orange man and can't actually believe what he and his cronies are pedalling. Politicising this tragedy and using it to lay blame at equality policies. I feel ashamed for him!

Yip I get you, that's my understanding too. However, looking at the protests and hearing some of the people being interviewed on the news, you would think that all the families of all the farmers in the land are now due to become destitute as a result of this policy.

Totally appreciate the work ethic and do not doubt that run of the mill farmers work really hard. But lots of non-farmers also work extremely hard and contribute by paying their fair share of taxes. It doesn't seem fair that one section of the population should be exempt - just because.

I'm not a farmer and genuinely asking the question in order to understand, are there huge amounts of livestock farmers whose farm/land is worth >£3m whilst they work for little to no money?

So if a person is asset rich but struggling on a very low income, should they not sell some of their assets, boost their income and reduce said struggle?

On the other place, my feed was filled with a gazillion unwanted ads. There was a continual increase of vitriolic hatred of everything which was deemed to be no issue when reported. I was bombarded with content that I'm not interested in. It just feels a bit more grown-up, more civilised here.
