Am I wrong, but High Tariffs are ONLY imposed if we exceed quotas, otherwise they enter duty-free or small tariffs depending on the product. Countries usually imposed tariffs for trade stability. Basically so they have enough eggs, poultry, dairy and so on for their citizens?
