Same here. My inner voice always reads it as if I'm reciting my name, rank, and serial number. Feels like I should salute at the end.

Logo: Tory blue, white Reform arrow but squiggly like the Tory logo, pointing to far right.
Name: Reform Conservative & Unionist Nationalist Tory. (Can probably use acronym for last 4 words)

I'm in Wiltshire, and my local Reform candidate is Augusta Urquhart-Nicholls. Apparently, her favourite biscuit is a Bourbon.

As it'll be used to spray ignorance on the internet, Spray would be a good name for it.
Or to give it its full name, Lettuce Spray.

I wonder if his Hubble re-boost/servicing plan will resurface?
Of course, even ignoring science budget cuts, unlikely to happen in the short term. It might be difficult for him to run NASA from orbit, especially as remote working is frowned upon... 😀

Alicia Kearns would be a relative voice of sanity, but her level of experience, and the aforementioned relative sanity, might make her a non starter.

Maybe they'll point out early in the stream that NASASpaceflight are UK founded and owned!
Positive enough partnership to make the livestream happen though. Would rather that than none (especially as NSF have permanent European reporters and have been focusing on European capabilities of late).

Well, he's pretty close on that. If you use his fully autonomous driving, you'll be done in 6 months.

Good summary, and in general, I agree with your success/failure categorisation. It was interesting to see NASA Spaceflight put out a video today questioning whether SpaceX have reached the limit of going "faster, faster."
It's the people that break as well as the rockets.

Look, it's not the Portsmouth player's fault that the Leeds player carelessly put his foot in the way of the ball...
But yeah, lucky break. I'd like to think we eventually earned our luck, but still.

Yeah, the same thing crossed my mind. It'd probably be fine in well-behaved scenarios, but be less tolerant to even mildly off-nominal conditions.

Is the unusual height of their lander related to their polar landing targets, to maximise the light on the solar panels? Or doesn't it make much difference?
Maybe they should put solar panels on the bottom of the landing legs. Always seem to be poking in the air (sorry)

I had tech support ticket open with NordVPN about Bluesky videos, but they're pretty useless. Gave up trying to make them listen!
You might find it works if you disable the Threat Protection option (specifically Advanced browsing protection and DNS filtering, depending on your platform)
