When it comes to your nutrition think add, not restrict. 😉🌯💜 Add in more veggies, whole grains, protein, fruit, drink more water, etc. This can help create a well rounded diet that is nourishing and tasty. I think far too much of the nutrition "advice" is about removing. #nutritionsky #wellness

Listen, things are fucked, but that doesn’t mean your accomplishments don’t matter. Wrote a book? Got accepted to a program? Recorded a song? One year sober? Whatever it is, share it. Maybe your joy will bring someone else a bit of joy, and we all need that.

The best diet/exercise are ALWAYS going to be what feels & is best FOR YOU. It will probably look different for everyone. It'll take self-awareness, curiosity, trial-and-error, & maybe guidance from a professional, but it will always be worth it, because YOU are worth it. #FitnessSky #NutritionSky
