The monster is Santa Claus?

I mean technically you can have a sword duel with a leader you just have to do it really fast by surprise and escape from the cops afterwards.

Unfortunately thats not how the elections gonna work. There will be no actual media coverage of the conservatives weaknesses. It will be months on end of just every public voice in Canada saying "boy liberals suck eh?" with no actual dialog involving competent liberal voices.

At some point I want to see some official given an unlawful order drop "Russian warship, go fuck yourself"

That sounds like effort, when regurgitating pr is free.

Glad to hear you're up and about again.

Now I'm curious which parts of that controller are real and which are decorative. And does the steering or joystick have analog input?

Remember how angry everybody in the media was at Biden for the Afghanistan withdrawal because of how it "betrayed" US allies like translators and leaders there? Funny how all those same people are so quiet about that now.

He also went transphobic in a recent-ish rant so I'm not super interested in what he's got to say anymore either way.

... so what's that got to do with Star Trek?

I'd figure there wouldn't be much meat on one of those and they'd taste kinda gamey.

That'd be way more impressive if the people appointed to prosecute most of these crimes hadn't let Trump run out the clock. Laws are for poor people.

> we will allow people to drive to work This was already allowed. You just have to pay, and that actually saves you money. Without congestion pricing, driving into NYC is only for free if your time is worthless.

Buildings are being built but the union and regulation red tape makes construction a bit anemic. For example, cranes. A small but growing city will have more cranes going than all of NYC at any given moment, because of NYV's crane regs. www.rlb.com/americas/wp-...

Here in #HamOnt the major roads and some of the bike lanes look good but the solid inch of hard-packed snow on every single side street is what's keeping me off my bike (and out of my car where possible for that matter). Also I think I'm going to start calling bylaw about some sidewalks today.

I don't follow NFL and I don't know who this guy is but the fact that an ex-NFL player is wearing a Tecmo Bowl hoodie while giving this speech is goddamned epic.

Ontarians: what election?

No you seem cool. We are gonna need your help with some infiltration and assassinations though.

Realistically I think the only scenario where the US military agrees to invade Canada is one where the Russians attack first and annexation happens as a sort of good-cop bad-cop protection racket. Which is why it's worrying that Lavrov is making ridiculous noises about Nazis in Canada.

I have no idea I havent looked into this since the Harper era... which says something tragic about Canadian procurement since we're still having the same argument over a decade later.

Ooh what else can we rename? Maybe American Cheese? ... Wait, no, y'all can keep that one.

Don't Gripens have shorter range than most comparators? I mean whatever jet Canada chooses has to be able to cover a lot of ground.

Aw, horsefeathers. What if it's a dame with moxie and nice gams?

I mean we're just not going to talk about Alberta being off-side during the tariff threats?

Maybe it's the juxtaposition? Many people enjoy Bibles, and many of the same people enjoy blowjobs, but not at the same time unless you've got a very naughty fetish. Or maybe it's just a reference to something we don't know? Like what if it's an even-more-frustrating spinoff of Ghosts and Goblins?

Sean Combs needs to stop changing his name so much I can't keep track anymore.

"Protecting women and children" Like, from rapists and teen sex traffickers? No, they're going to pardon, protect, and occasionally elect those guys. For example: www.ft.com/content/3f95...

I'll take that over the areas around schools where it's bi-directional on something that's now 1.5 lanes wide, and even less where a car has street-side parked.

Okay, most of that stuff above was off-the-top-of-my-head, which led me to google the obvious question, with the obvious answer: Adolf Hitler was a teetotaler too. I think the implication is pretty clear.
