Really? I guess he didn’t watch Tyler Warren play football this year.

How is this different than the toll on the George Washington bridge Governor? Oh, yeah, your NJ port authority gets a cut of that.
comment in response to
post
So a toll to travel ON a road from one city to another (as NJ uses) is fine but a toll to access congested areas of a city is not? Listen, I don’t like it either but it’s clearly working to alleviate congestion and raise much needed funds for public transit, but what does he care about that.

Only to 49% of the country. The other 51% have no issue with it because it doesn’t involve Obama, Biden or George Soros.

Meanwhile calls to @fetterman.senate.gov office go unanswered for nearly an hour on hold.

And it’s highly likely the republican senators will not care.

Yet nothing against the Proud Boys.

The guy literally said “I don’t question the President…” and immediately questions the prior President. Tells you everything you need to know about that bootlicker.

I hated the Biden family pardons, but anyone that objectively watched the R’s drag his son through the mud for the past 4+ years understands why he did it. But for Trump and his sycophants, it would never have been necessary. And let’s remember who Trump pardoned on his way out the door 4 years ago.

Well we know Donald will do whatever he can for the grift. Interesting information, I was not aware of Yass. Thanks.

Nor was I condoning it. In fact, it’s ridiculous that nothing was done about it. But that doesn’t mean we accept other risks? Besides, Trump is cutting a deal, you aren’t losing TikTok…despite the fact it’s the ONE thing both sides of the aisle seem to have agreed to…
comment in response to

I think you are missing the point. I was using the surveillance “blimp” as an example of the lengths (and brazenness) they will go to for espionage. There is far more data available to them on TikTok, so what makes you think they won’t use it?

Do you really not understand the Chinese government? Or forget the spy ballon?

There…saved $100 million. Can he go home now.

I think it’s a convenient line to use, but it doesn’t mean that he isn’t sincere in saying it. That said, he is completely unqualified to head the defense department.

Excellent synopsis. Did a lot of good, should have been more aggressive prosecuting J6 faster and should have stepped aside and not run for reelection.

Maybe, but him NOT attending would be worse (IMO) so just breathe deeply and accept it?

I hope Canadians don’t think this is a universal sentiment of all Americans.

I find that the users you are looking for are the “posters” that generate content. Not opinion content, just factual info. Look at every sports team (pro and college) and I suspect everyone is on Twitter but only a small percentage is on Bluesky.

Wanna bet Trump does it anyway? What in his past actions suggest he cares about the law? Seriously this is a nothing burger.

I’m not sure posting rantings daily-filled with lies- is “regularly communicating with the people”. Some people would call that propaganda.

Weird, I didn’t hear him utter that phrase at all in that video. Did he say that some other time? Meeting with the man doesn’t mean he’s voting for him, that’s ’doing your job’.

He’s not able to do that in one day? Or is he pushing it off until day 2 so he can concentrate on Ukraine for one day?

Sounds like you’ve never been in a high school locker room then, or played any competitive sports because people UNDRESS in a locker room. Your response certainly sounds like you are clueless.

Then keep losing elections and living in your bubble. I know too many people that don’t want boys in the girls bathrooms.
comment in response to

I don’t. The far left is what is holding the party back and the things that faction supports are the issues many people voted against on the last election.

Just because Alabama COULD win a big game doesn’t mean they deserve in with three losses. If Alabama had beat SMU head to head, then I would agree they are in. Can’t deny a 1 loss team that played power 5 football.

Your argument assumes “normal” is an option. It’s not with Trump. Neither of us like DeSantis but he is infinitely more qualified and there could be worse choices…although maybe not many.

I’m not a fan of DeSantis, but at least he has managerial experience. It could be much worse.

I’m sure Kash Patel will pursue all the malfeasance listed in this report which was used to unfairly prosecute the subject. 😉

@tribelaw.bsky.social can you please elaborate on what they CAN do now? I’m missing your point.

Elected officials promise things then do the opposite all the time. Sometimes they just outright lied the first time. Other times they change their position on an issue based on new information.
Really think about what a pardon is. All of them were guilty of something. Were these crimes worse?
comment in response to

Constitutional amendments, like impeaching a President for crimes, are ideals of the past. Neither will ever happen again short of a revolution.

Look at who Trump is installing in his administration, it was the ONLY move Biden had. Enough is enough, Hunter has been the punching bag of the Right for far too long when they dismiss far too many serious offenses on their own side.

Wow, he lied? Color me shocked.

That’s a different point than your first post. This one I can agree with. Trouble is, how do you enforce it without looking poorly. You know Trump isn’t going to do it.
