Dems should make it a campaign issue: as in, we stand by our allies. And Executive Order Number 1 on Jan 20 by the next Dem president should be to cancel any such agreement and return Ukraine's minerals to Ukraine.

I mean, not the area of law I practiced in, but if DOGE is not a properly authorized agency, and Musk is not in charge (but giving the orders), he is kinda/sorta acting outside the scope of ... well... everything.... so anyone damaged by his orders should sue him personally.

LOL, there's going to need to be an audit before Trump does his audit and another one immediately afterwards to make sure he hasn't pilfered what's there. But I guess, according to the Supreme Court, he'd be immune from prosecution for such a theft.

When people (especially lawyers), who should know better, willfully carry out corrupt actions, they are not just facilitating a corrupt Trump, they are themselves corrupt. Bove corrupt. Bondi corrupt. Adams, goes without saying. Trump, ditto.

As Trump’s DOJ behaves more unethically and corruptly, publish the names and BAR numbers of DOJ attorneys making false or misleading statements to courts, so that BAR ethical complaints can be filed against them in the jurisdictions they are admitted to practice.
