This. I did not take spironolactone as a t-blocker for GAC. I took it as a t-blocker for PCOS. It makes you super sweaty and sun sensitive which is great for my pasty chubby self. The best. I could sweat in a room at 60 degrees. I do not miss that fucking bullshit.

So I watched #Nosferatu at last. It's a beautifully crafted film. Familiar to people who've watched the previous iterations of this story. Lots of nods to the genre over the decades. It's also disturbing in a way the previous films just aren't and never have been, at least for me.

So this year I took up journaling as an exercise to stop anxiety spirals. I write these longhand deliberately. First, putting the words on the page gets tiresome so my brain shuts up and second my brain seems to put things down more easily when they're written somewhere. That's the good news.
