In order to solve the problem, asset owners will need to take a bath. And that's just not palatable to FFG.

I don’t just mean Musk. But also Vance, Andreesen and more. It’s an e/acc + crypto + ai takeover.

making the Conor Pass a national park without controlling sheep grazing, please explain the rationale there? A great move with the park acquisition, but this will so hinder rewilding. You did so many other great things over your term, for which earnest thanks, but this one does not compute for me...

I don't understand why both @hazelchu.bsky.social and
@smytho.bsky.social ran in TCD, it's an own goal, imho, asI suspect there was a Green seat in there... Also a higher profile Green candidate on the NUI panel might have made more of an impact. And @malcolmnoonan.bsky.social - congrats, but...

True that Smith's transfers went 2:1:1 to Chu, MacNeill, McCarthy, but I would like to think that a single Green focussed candidate (and here I would include Sadhbh O'Neill) would have had a good chance of picking up the third seat.

I’m not sure I’m seeing her overtaking him given the transfers.
I’m baffled that there were two Greens running where one of them could have handily taken 3rd place.
Not to mention the crappy turnout!
Let’s see if the new constituency will be any better managed (and better advertised)

Absolutely. But what's made the revived Metal Hurlant so special for me is the juxtaposition between the new generation and the original creators, Druillet, Moebius, Bilial, Jodorowsky, et al
Sort of like a Möbius strip, if you'll pardon the pun.

Thanks! The Metal Hurlant editions have been really great, and I especially like the alternating between new content and classic content between each issue. Also the "Spécial chats" was quite wonderful. I look forward to reading you both!

I have recently subscribed to the new French Edition Metal Hurlant - alternate editions are new stuff / old stuff - with a bit of the masters in the latter - Bilial, Moebius, etc - well worth a punt if you're into that sort of thing!
