This has been a test.
You failed it.
It is an incredibly complex problem with different solutions depending on where you are.

Yeah I hear that. But I think as a default, all Dems should be on Bluesky, simply because the algorithm doesn’t seem to be as manipulated by bad actors. X and TikTok are likely being gamed right now. But you’re right. They need to be on all.

Give Mayor Pete a staff and a healthy budget to do daily briefings on realities and Trump’s lies. Send staffers out into the States to talk to the citizens who are being decimated by Trump. Cut those into clips and get a social media strategy that reaches people. Use Bluesky for all.

I’m starting to think that Elon cut each of them, including democrats, a billion dollar check each, because it sure seems like it.

Idiotic.
Give Pete Buttigieg a big budget and staff and have him do daily briefings in DC and go over the lies of the day. Go to districts where Trump is hurting US citizens and play those. get every Dem member of Congress onto Bluesky and use that as the main platform.
This is an info war now.

Imagine being the richest man in the world and your first pet project is to take away aid and food from the people who need it most.
Oh, and they happened to be investigating dodgy shit going on in Ukraine with Starlink and Russia being helped.
Go figure.

The Kompromat must be legendary.

It’s an uncontrolled field. What do you want? As far as licensing goes, the FAA kind of has to take the word of the instructors and flight school who have signed off on the training. Either way, there is zero point in laying blame anywhere until the reports are done.

Small planes crash all the time, all over the world.
Major/airliner crashes? You’re correct.
comment in response to
post
I think it’s important to remember that small airplanes crash all the time, usually due to pilot error. Breathlessly reporting on each one now as if Trump is directly at fault is silly. When the FAA is at fault, then fine.

You need to be the chief dem communicator. You need a staff and a budget asap. Daily briefings in DC to go over and refute the lies of the day.
The other Dems don’t seem to be up for it, or are in on it.
Avocados on the floor of the Senate? This isn’t 1985.

Why? Because Putin owns him.
The Kompromat must be astonishing.

The only goal of the Dems should be flipping those three FL House seats in the next few weeks and taking back the House.
I am not a US citizen and thus cannot directly help.

I’m worrying about Trump’s threats against my own country, thanks.

The billionaires are looking at this and laughing.

At this point, I’m starting to wonder if you all are in on it.
Did Elon cut each of you a check for $1 billion or something?
This is not a normal time. If you aren’t up for this, step aside. A coup is taking place.

As have the Dems, seemingly.

At this point I’m starting to think that some of the Dems are in on it.
Like, Elon cut every member of Congress a check for $1 billion or something.

Yet they started at the CFPB, which actually makes money.

The US fought a world war to get away from language like that.

That will require Dem supermajorities for many years.

How about the 3 House seats coming up in FL special elections? Take it back and stop Trump in a a few weeks.

They tried to sabotage the NDP leadership election in AB as well because they didn’t want Nenshi to win. It didn’t work in the slightest and Nenshi won in a landslide. Hope that is the same for Carney.

They get oddly quiet when I ask them.
comment in response to

He is moving on. When they have a leader he’s gone. Probably late March.
comment in response to

I know quite few people who absolutely hate Trudeau, who I happen to know really respect Carney and would love him if he was running as a conservative. But they say they still want PP.
Maybe they will come around.
comment in response to
post
Absolutely. Him starting by going on the Daily Show was a master stroke. Saying he will get rid of the carbon tax as it is too divisive (not because it isn’t helping), was the other. Completely took the wind out of PP’s sails and he is left floundering with nothing but slogans.
comment in response to
post
As a Canadian, I can tell you that is pretty accurate. Trump being nominated may have destroyed the conservatives chances in the election this year. They were up about 25 points a couple of months ago and are about tied now, especially as Carney is extremely qualified.

Hmm. I wonder if it will be in areas that directly benefit billionaires, or allow them to make even more money?
