I've learned a lot more since this post, including adding mouth animations. Hindsight is 20/20, there are a lot of things I would do different if I were to redo my model but I'm very happy with what I've made. Sometimes "good enough" is what it is until I have more experience to do even better.

Hey are mental health things ok to talk about here? I started antidepressants a month and some change ago to treat my anxiety/insomnia/depression 3-hit combo. It's been life changing. I'm no longer trying to chase after racing thoughts. I feel more calm these days. Like a second lease on life.

This one really cemented "hey I want to draw patterns" as a goal. My best friend told me about a dream she had featuring a blue beetle, and I was inspired to make this! Cicadas, Mugwort (to promote visions), beetles. Drawn in Procreate 💕

I love Ethel Cain's new album. But I also unironically enjoy Silent Hill soundtracks front to back with no skips, even the weird droning and grinding tracks. It's that vibe. And there's always intention behind that sound. It's usually not to be edgy. It's unsettling because it intended to be.
