Just letting everyone know if you have an iPhone and you go to purchase a Cadillac lyric or optic you will not be able to use Google play because it’s android based! I want to return the car and I know they won’t take it back. I’m letting everybody know beforehand what they’re getting into.

The new 2025 Cadillac Lyric and the OPTIQ do not allow CarPlay you cant even use a dongle to use your own music app. You can only use Google play. Disappointed had I known CarPlay would not be available at all, I wouldn’t have purchased the car. Now they want to control how you connect your music.
