It’s a small detail. (Missed talking to you btw.) I don’t know if you saw my For Tinu post but you really did help save my life and I have never thanked you for it. I was at a really low point when I met you online and being introduced to the disability community helped to save my life.

I would ask. My uncle is a hotshot chief of staff doc back east. And no matter how old I get he feels a way if I need help and don’t ask.
I think if you communicate with your friend that you need help and establish whatever boundaries they need to do so comfortably they will be happy you asked.

With the caveat that I haven't watched much of the show (I've heard good things but I've seen too much Archer to hear that VA as anything else), could there be a Daily Specials menu board we might not see? Soups get listed on those a lot, and sometimes what goes on there is only on there.

Christine died in 2008 from AIDS defining illness.

The longer version starts with Christine Maggiore, who was diagnosed HIV+ in 1992.
In 1994, she encountered Peter Duesberg, UC Berkeley professor of virology who convinced her that HIV is a harmless passenger virus and AIDS is actually caused by party drugs or antiviral treatments.
