GPs being made redundant. No jobs for newly trained GPs. All while there is a massive shortage of GPs. Surgeries unable to hire more GPs- funding only for replacing the, with PAs and pharmacists. It is a huge scandal and NOBODY in the media will talk about it. #socialistsunday

The care provided by the NHS is increasingly sloppy. I don’t think this is the fault of the staff. The systems are overloaded and corners are being cut. Experienced staff are leaving/ being replaced in their droves. And still managers are pushed/ pushing for ‘efficiency’ savings.
