I know Gacha games are “bad” in a lot of ways But ZZZ and Honkai Star Rail have been really fun as a F2P player. I get plenty of new characters from free pulls and the rarest ones are nice to have but not necessary to complete missions.

I was surprised that Honkai Star Rail is actually a good game. It’s gacha, but it’s otherwise a pretty normal JRPG with a simple combat system that works well for mobile, good attack animations, and a rogue-like mode. I’ve never once felt like I needed to buy anything to enjoy the game.

Street Fighter 6’s World Tour mode doesn’t get enough praise If I’m not mistaken, this is the first character creator and story mode in SF (Soul Calibur III did it first in 2005 on PS2 tho). It’s fun and silly, teaches you mechanics, and the more explicit link to Final Fight makes me so happy
