You should tweak your play/app store distribution settings until you are ready, it's easy to limit the country via the web guis so you don't have to make code changes.

I haven't used it except a few comments and scrolled a little. I am not sure what features android doesn't have VS what IOS has but I can't do a lot of things on Android.
