What’s everyone having for dinner? I’m being a bit skanky! I’m using the rest of the amatriciana sauce as the base of a ragu with some nice mince. Having it with pappardelle which feels like fancy pasta. No booze. Gooseberry fool for pudding.

A fat pork shoulder steak, dusted with Svanetian salt, roasted. Apple sauce amped up with garlic, red chilli, vinegar, za’atar. Steamed spinach. A nasty Pecorino, jettisoned in favour of the end of the cheap + delicious Sainos Languedoc Roussillon blend. One Bittermint 💚
First day of biological therapy for the PsA so I was getting manhandled by a nurse in the comfort of my living room at 8.15am today to show me how to administer the injections 😆 xxx
Boring freezer raid for me, but I’ve just realised I have a load of 3 cornered leek in my garden which I think needs putting to use, not used it before though!
No idea yet so all solutions welcome! I’ll definitely be using the flowers which are out too, think the most satisfying bit will just be pulling the bloody stuff out!
