Shocking that the Sask party that is constantly caught with their hand in the cookie jar, still has said hand in the cookie jar

#1 fuck all those people for asking such a disgusting question. #2 everyday it gets harder and harder to defend men in general, boy do we suck.

They just want someone to trick progressives into being neo-liberals

It’s almost as if allowing lower and middle class people to keep their money in their pocket instead of a money hoarding landlord is a good thing. Weird

As a man I want to disagree. However, we kinda suck.

Everything that was physically wrong with Biden is wrong with Trump too. That needs to be consistently and loudly announced at every opportunity

It says how much of coward he is because he hand picked the riding that is the safest in Canada. I’m not leaving why would I? I’m going to win the by-election hands down. Coward

Ah yes the thing Canadians have been yelling about. High stable home prices. You still can’t afford it but at least it is not getting more expensive.
comment in response to post
You’re really tucking in for another day of liberals yelling at you.

The price of housing needs to come down. Keeping it high and building more houses just puts more assets into the hands of wealthy. We need to have a plan for the people that would be underwater if prices come down. What that is. I don’t know.

That quote hits hard. It needs to be seared into the brain of every leftest

Just curious, will nation of Alberta now be paying the billions in subsidies to oil companies the Feds do or will they still want Ottawa to do that? Asking for a friend

We’ve done it folks. We found the definition of word salad.

They are always so worried about the next election. What if people are mad about this 3 years from now. I better just appease the loudest voice to be safe. Zero convictions.

“Are you craze?” Is that the right accent

I really appreciate that you cover a lot of provincial level stuff and not just federal.

That was what I thought when I saw this. All the tech tech dorks worshipping at the feet of AI, thinking it is going to save us. The reality is much much simpler.

This has been a wild ride to watch the last few days. More and more youth are turning to the conservatives as their political party of choice. We can’t just cross our fingers and hope that they’ll come around. Figuring what drives people to the right is a helpful thing.
comment in response to post
The idea of him coming back seems wild. Politics and especially cons hate losers. He blew a 20pt lead and lost his own riding. He’s so vulnerable politically it’s not even funny…..well maybe a little bit funny.

I’m sad that Waterhen Lake gets slotted into the meadow lake-Lloyd riding instead of the desnethe where it should be

I really want to say something more clever or insightful but the best I can come up with is. What a bunch of crybabies.

If we just arrest them enough then they won’t be homeless.

It’s funny that another that doesn’t meet a 100% of the requirements is allowed in the debate but the Greens aren’t.

Also I become a teacher and I always held really strong convictions about gay rights that trans-rights just naturally followed. As a teacher my goal is to create safe space for kids and that includes trans kids and you can’t do that without respecting trans-rights.
comment in response to post
I came from a fairly more liberal household so gay rights was always just kind of a thing. But my sister worked a catering job at a convention centre with a lot of gay folk and that just kind of normalized gay rights even more for me. As I grew up trans rights just kind of bled in from gay rights.

They are just good old fashioned fun movies. Pure entertainment, turn your brain off action movie.

Anyone who believes that any corporation let alone oil and gas companies should receive subsidies is dumb and should be ridiculed and mocked in public

This just points to everything wrong with the NDP right now. They could design a policy that is within federal powers that would help renters. Instead, let’s just announce something that sounds good but we can’t do.
comment in response to post
Jagmeet is bad at politics. Yes he got dental care and pahrmacare which are really good. Him and the NDP had no idea how to capitalize. JT and the liberals were desperate to stay in power and Jagmeet really did nothing to leverage that.

You haven’t experienced sushi in Sask until you’ve had it at the gas station sushi restaurant in between North Battleford and Saskatoon
comment in response to post
The funny this is the only people that would care that she’s an OF creator aren’t voting for the NDP anyways.
comment in response to post
@steveboots.bsky.social you’ve said a few different times. The NDP are the liberals but nicer. The NDP don’t stand for anything that requires a backbone.
comment in response to post
I think they’re going to fight for you though.

Some straight bullshit by CTV. Absolute cowardice.

The tank was always going to be purchased. Governments at all levels will never stop blindly giving money to police.

Both the Sask Party and the UCP continue to prove they are in power simply for the benefit of corporations.

1. We all remember how well online school worked during Covid. Stunning results. 2. These people don’t really understand relationship based professions and how they work.

The rich should shoulder the burden to put more money in the pockets of people who actually spend money in economy and not hoard it. However, in addressing income inequality we also need to address wage stagnation and no party is addressing that at all.
comment in response to post
The Liberals are trying to be a nicer version of the Cons and the NDP are trying to be a nicer version of the Liberals. All going for the same thing.
comment in response to post
I’m having a hard time deciding who to vote for. The NDP have no vision and are really liberal light. The Greens put a candidate in the NWT who lives in BC and decided to run in the NWT after going to Whitehorse. So as a progressive I’m not super inspired right now.
comment in response to post
Except the north where you can’t even be bothered to filed candidates from here.
comment in response to post
Look Steve we can’t do two things at once. How can we possibly push the liberals to do better and keep PP out of power. Clearly it’s one or the other silly.
comment in response to post
Have you considered Steve that the centre like really isn’t a point of view because you see like the whole thing and really only the left and right are points of view.
comment in response to post
But being vocal about being mad at America and Americans hurts their feelings. Whatever can they possibly do to stop Trump.
comment in response to post
I feel that in my soul. Weird days, hey let’s do a weird hands on activity, hey work on that thing you were doing yesterday, ummm they talk about gigawatts in Back to the future let’s watch that.
