Watching Saquon, Henry, Jacobs thrive—seems like if there’s a shift in RB value talk, it should reflect the context of the team. Adding a great back to a great run game is like pouring gasoline on a fire; the same force multiplier effect doesn’t exist for teams with bad OLs.

As you said it helps a good situation with good OL, it won't FIX a bad RB situation.
Can we instead ask if there are some elite OL players for a team with a certain Boise State player to run behind them?
Not in THIS draft that is LOADED with RB talent. This is truly a "Take one in the 3rd and 5th" type draft.
"A good running back won't make a bad team a contender". The Lions went 4-12 went Megatron broke the record, Tyreek/Waddle weren't doing anything with Skylar Thompson...
How high will Ashton Jeanty go?!
Bad QB + Good RB = Bad
The Giants were not wrong to let Saquon walk.
OL is important obviously(trenches are the most important thing after QB for me) but the difference between an average RB and a great one is large. An average RB hesitates even a little bit and some of these holes close fast.
Outside of yesterday he had the DET game 25 carries for 46 yards and the CHI game 9 carries for 25 yards. He's had some very nice games but just as with Cincy he's going to have inexcusably bad games.
Think I'm glazing him because he's been solid for my fantasy most weeks. 🤣

If the RB has no gaps to run through or is getting hit before he can get up to speed then he's just another station wagon running into a pile up of trucks.
Jokes aside, Mixon has been fantastic for what it's worth.
Just my 2¢.
But we'd have to see what's a. Impact of a good RB to win a SB. There's a reason why the 49ers lost 2 times against the Chiefs
Saquan wasn't doing this with Danny Boy no matter how good the o line was.
Its not a coincidence that the first ballot HoF QBs are the guys playing late January and into February year after year. Even when they end up using 3rd and 4th string OL(Literally see the Chiefs vs Tampa in the Super Bowl)
Are teams not accounting for this in their valuations???
