I particularly love that "failure to comply with a request by Barnard staff." Because it is so broad and vague that literally ANYTHING could fall under that if the staff decides it does. And also, its not really a "request" if there's a threat of force behind it. Its a demand.

This is literally why I'm going back to school. I was doing biodiversity assays for PhDs making six figures but was only being paid 20/hr. I was on a team of 14 ppl, 4mil project resulted in a 300dollar bonus then they fired me for asking questions on ethical integrity.
