If exec branch obstructs the Marshals, then a new bridge needs to be crossed.
Judicial branch has power to deputize, creating an antagonistic and adversarial position.

Thanks for your coverage of the legal side of our crisis.
The law doesn't contemplate the government forum shopping by intentionally moving prisoners to a favorable circuit, and probably needs to change to where the person is arrested though. But that's for another day.
The idea that a judge's order means anything any longer is obscenely naive.
