If they want to make a case, they'd have to show that new hires diverged from the make up of new applicants. The overall makeup of the work force doesn't mean anyone was doing anything, it just means that's who applied for the jobs.

so that's what this trend is at Starbucks. More folks who couldn't get our full time jobs back after COVID wrecked things. It's not racism against white people (of course), and it's not sexism against men, those folks just got better jobs elsewhere more often.
