I love the feeling of finding THAT Game.
The one you can’t stop thinking about.
The one you want to cancel all your plans for to play.
The one you want to tell all your friends about.
The one that stays with you long after the credits roll.
Yeah, you know the one.

Wine for my men and anyone else, we game at dawn.
Gen 2 had a large world with a lot of freedom.
Gen 3 had the best GFX without sacrificing nostalgia.
Yeaa. That game is incredible. 💜
Nowadays that's shifted to Skyrim, Cyberpunk Marvel Rivals, or Minecraft depending on my mood.
The year before was Baldur's Gate 3
I don't have the long term memory to remember the years before that without looking stuff up
Ha.
It seems amazing and well made; just not my cup of tea. I'm a first person shoot stuff type haha.
They did a full redemption, apparently. It's polished, all the systems were reworked; it is a very impressive game. I've seen 1.0 footage (ver 2.2 now) and it's night/day.
- all Fromsoft except Bloodborne

Had mysql/ability to create modules where you could input maps /camapigns
like x10 a massive world spanning war, and character you play gets his own land/even had mini adventures in it
ill use the unreal engine 4 or 5 on top of it and create a much more interesting game
world map
more to get done but this is a idea that makes old stuff new again
Basically a team-based PvP version of the X series, closest to X3 or X4. Matches can go on for days (no pause), if no side surrenders. Absolutely fantastic game. 🤤
Apparently I liked it when my boi turned into smth non Hylian or at least gets smth not of his race.
then Horizon Zero Dawn/Forbidden West.
It’s a game for me.
No sense being coy.
Be like ✨
hit 425 hours last night and finally beat a maxtac crew on hard mode, plan to start a new run tonight
Someone was going to say it, might as well.
Ok, for real, Starbound
Also:
Skyrim
Morrowind
Uncharted (all 4)
GTA IV and V
RDR2
God of War (and Ragnarok)
Sack Boy - utterly charming, and got my 6YO son into co-op gaming
Portal
Half Life 2
that one is an underrated GEM
Don't know why I just said that...
There's just...so MUCH to do...I need to start a new save and do it all again. :)

Signalis, for me, most recently. The game you're still inside even after leaving it
Hello fellow traveler ::)
Even after playing through it all, it's still really fun to revisit it with the VR mod. Coziest vibes ever achievable.
If what you've heard about it makes you think you might enjoy it, then you will *love* it.
Feel like I’ll have a few more this year as well with how the 2025 release schedule is looking. 👀
We now have rock/paper/scissors to see who gets the PC in the evenings, lmao. (She also plays MUCH different than I do and it's a blast to compare how we do things.)
I liked that all the characters were people who and it wasn't just "Evil but nuanced dude" or "Heart of Gold stone cold bitch."
My most recent was Like a Dragon. It forced me out of my comfort zone and threw me into Yazkua Kiwami and I don't regret it. It has an easy option after all and those slow mo finishes. Oh yeaaaahhhhhhhhj
