I got the same hold messages when I called today. I need to fix an error that’s costing me a few hundred dollars a month. I cannot fathom how a newly disabled person is supposed to survive CLOSE TO A YEAR until they finally receive their earned benefits. Rent? Utilities? Food and meds?
