Been through a fucker of a cancer scare in recent weeks.
Found boob lump. Panicked. Got straight to the docs. Today I got the all clear.
CHECK YOUR BOOBS. Especially when lying down. Most are benign, but don’t hesitate to get checked.
My amazing tits live to see another day ♥️

Breast cancer can hit at any age. Advocate for yourself.
Also: They can send monthly reminders to check yourself, do it, might save your life👇🏼 https://coppafeel.org/get-a-reminder/
You want to end up with bone cancer because you were too embarrassed to tell the doctor you had an easily treatable anomaly in your breast?
I'm only shouting at you because my mum's not here to shout at anymore.
Get the mammogram you stupid dorks.
Screening starts at age 50 - higher risk factor then.
Every woman is advised to check her breasts monthly and consult her doctor if she finds a lump.
You will be referred for treatment if you have symptoms that could be cancer.
Correct info.
Just don't be a dumb fuck and ignore the invites to get a mammogram while telling your annoying science kid that you totally went for the mammogram and everything is fine.
Also, you've got this back pain you can't seem to shift.
Fucksake Cuddy. Rein it in.
Give your boobs a feel every time you shower if you've got boobs.
Give your balls a feel if you have those.
Anything unusual? Go let a professional check it out.
So ladies, get your screenings every year. And you men please get your screenings too, including prostate exams.
We can live and thrive without the ta-tas.
The focus needs to remain on women. Not boobs.
In the rare cases when it is cancerous the earlier it's seen to, the more likely you are to recover.
After 5yrs 91.2% survive for all stages of breast cancer.
Have you noticed in soaps all lumps are cancerous, spreading fear & panic?
I'm glad you're okay and that it was benign. Self-checking is so important.
Keep self-testing in the meantime. Sorry you are having mixed results, feel for you.
Thank you so much for the kind words and advice! I appreciate you! 💜
Navigating this system is so stressful and complex, and you're ultimately at the mercy of some rich nameless executive.
Chin Up! Find a way to deal with this!

Same situation still waiting for results..
🤞🏼
Is important for all to check.
Men get breast cancer too; am sure that most men assume is just us women 😒
Always report any issues to your GP, guys; they will have seen and heard everything, so please don’t be embarrassed; get it checked! 🙏🏻
Oh, and check your under arms too, fellas 🙏🏻🫶🏻
Some men have more tissue; which there is still stigma about; there shouldn’t be. 😔
There’s also a reason us women check the whole chest, up to collarbone, and our armpits too.
Also, anywhere in the groin.
(Cancers of the lymph nodes can affect anybody- so guys; not just the jewels/⚽️⚽️!)
Checking once a year isn’t gonna keep you safe, guys.
You guys need to check monthly!
NHS will only do PSA on request from 50yo onwards. I'd advise getting a routine test (pay for it) at 40+yo.
Is he OK?
That American saying "Get the mammogram you dumb fucks"?
I have just explained NHS breast screening to him as he obviously thinks it does not exist here.
PS Give puss a stroke from me.
Check yourself and remind your friends plz
"Most breast lumps women feel -- 8 out of 10 -- aren't cancer. It's more common for them to be a cyst (a sac) or a fibroadenoma (an abnormal growth that isn't cancer)." -WebMD
Thanks for sharing - the more of us who are open about our medical scares of any kind encourages all our friends & everyone to get checked out.
Saves lives.
Who knows? This post of yours might save someone's life.
Glad you're ok 🥳
Glad you’re ok!
a year ago to the day I underwent a triple bypass and an aortic valve replacement - (unplanned emergency job - “I’m feeling much better says I, I think I’ll go for a walk now”)
Thanks to the drugs and 8hrs surgery, I am now fixed and twat intolerant.
I guess I will call it a shrapnel wound.
I got an all clear too.
Congrats to you!
But as a survivor of cancer and multiple legitimate scares (yes, I even had to have a mammogram, which is weird AF for an older guy), congratulations and keep on keeping on.
Congrats on good boobs!
Note: my boobs & I were 50 yrs old.
A breast screening saved my wife years ago. It was a very tough battle and we are thankful it was caught in time. Don’t delay your screening and be diligent with your follow ups.
There's a type of BC that starts in a milk gland rather than a duct. It doesn't really form a palpable lump. You find it from a mammogram.
I had a stage 2 ILC and my surgeon couldn't even feel it. It took 2 lumpectomies to get clear margins.
Kudos to you for getting on it without delay.
