Looking forward to Chief Justice Roberts saying absolutely nothing about the Secretary of State, at a Cabinet meeting with the President next to him, remarking—unprompted—that the federal judiciary is beneath him and he will not comply with their rulings.

Rubio discounts a constitutionally equal branch of the government.
Foreign policy? It's human rights as guaranteed by our constitution!
Or legal scrutiny in specific cases, matters of civil rights originating on US soil, or the actions of domestic agencies?
How & why would OLA at State, OIGs or special/independent prosecutors exist?
Or military tribunals?
Calling the Chief Justice! Oh John! Where are you John? Outside US territorial waters?
And the Republican Party knows the Supreme Court is working on the behalf of the Party and not the behalf of the American people
