However, It is interesting that it sees only the light, not the sign pole itself. Hmmm...
But yes, long car is looooooong.
Was at 10mph so ymmv on “slammed”

It’s like mental nascar ‘another left turn’
But... elongated cars? Why would they even program the system to able to stretch the image of a car like that?
It’s just a terrible user facing presentation of a situation that is going to come up and a user is going to care about. (Colliding with a train looms large in the mind)
It makes the presentation layer look cheap and unfinished.
Why do you assume the question was asked in bad faith?
Yeah, a beta shouldn't be allowed on public roads. Tesla should have to test this all privately until its safe. But they can't afford to.
And also: a view of the v12s systems understanding of the world is irrelevant once decisions stop using it. And there is no visualization of what v13 sees AFAIK
Mostly speculation, but i think it fits as a programmer solution with an unintended bug.
The ability to scale these silhouettes is also important for perspective and providing distance information on a 2d image.
It. Is. All. Scams.

2. Because the same is not true for flashing yellow (proceed) and solid yellow (stop)
No, really, when I see how the objects jump around, I'd consider that to be a nice demo, but definitely nothing close to production-ready.
I still wouldn't trust it not to however!
They say hope dies last. Which is probably especially true in a Tesla.
LONG CAR!!!!!
Elon Musk's father revealed in recent British TV interview.
#EmperorsNewClothes #Fraud.
"Okay imagine a really long car"

This feels left out on purpose and that is petty as hell considering Elon's and Tesla's opinion in passenger trains.
It does open the discussion of what to display though, like if you should display trolleys and trams too.
Still the line was drawn a little too low in my opinion.
He can't conceptualize a train.
Rumour is it was literally to stop a rail line being built.
But that’s fine it’a not false advertisement, it’s « corporate puffery »

Not that I'm endorsing Tesla. The stench of Musk is too strong for me to send my money that way. :P
Even a simple train seems to be too complex for Elons mind?
