Think Iโve seen your sticker work added as โthank you, swagโ in a few 100% legal mail-order shroom purchases Iโve made on the clear net, pretty sure one of your morels dances up the back of my iphone 11.
The BEST Mushroom man on Bluesky if not many other platforms. Totaly devoted and always on the road for himself and US to see the beauty of nature. Showing us things we would normally just walk by. Thank you Mushroom man. I love you.
Puffballs themselves pop up in singular form. If by chance you come across them, they would appear as a fair sized white "ball". They are edible when found early. The ones pictured likely are poisonous.
My son loved mushrooms ๐โ๐ซ he and his dad would go to the mountain areas near our town to hunt for them every chance they got. My son passed away thirteen years ago, he was 23 and I miss him so much every second of every day. Thank you for posting these beautiful pictures ๐๐
Hey lukelukeluke, thanks for your photos. Such a nice palate cleanser between political commenters. I look forward to seeing them so I can relax, slow down my brain and just enjoy nature.
Oh thatโs a beautiful photo.โค๏ธ may I use this picture to practice drawing with? I like to practice drawing nature stuff. If not thatโs ok too. ๐
Finally figured it out!
These shrooms only show up after a good rain, and, unfortunately, we haven't had much in Texas lately. But I got this pic a couple of years ago.
Sooooo, in 1760.....Magic Mushrooms were known as "Liberty Caps,"......now a "Schedule 1 Drug," and the reason for putting my name in the ring as a "Write In-Mail-In" candidate this past election cycle.....
I just wanted to say - you were one of the very first accounts I followed, and I haven't regretted it once. The nice mushrooms always show up in my feed when I need them most.
I donโt think I have ever seen these before. I am going to go look for oyster mushrooms, Iโve eaten them before and theyโre delicious. Iโm just not sure if I can identify them. Thank you for your pictures!
Man, I didn't know how much I would love this when I started seeing these. Eventually, I had to follow you just because my scroll *really* needs this. A little break from the doom to appreciate some nice mushrooms - so perfect, good for the soul
These were my feelings exactly the 1st time i saw Luke's mushrooms. He's my therapy, and often when his photo for the day comes across my feed, i admire the mushrooms, think about walking thru a forest, and then get up from my damn laptop!
You are the master at finding the beauty of nature!
Truly, I thank you for these moments of peace and beauty and the distraction away from all the destruction that is happening.
Bless you!

Love me some branch fungus. Found these things the other day in my yard on a branch shed by a red oak.

I took that pic in autumn in Michigan a few years ago. Saw a few of them that day. So bright and pretty!
This post brought me some balm and serenity I needed right now.
Phone down, time for a walk along the bayou.
Thank you.
I believe they are common puffballs, although I prefer the name Devilโs snuffbox.

Here are some different mushrooms in return!
