Not surprised that it's community colleges that are fighting back. Community colleges serve the greatest number of people facing systemic barriers. A large percentage of community college students are the first in their family to attend college.

Recruiters for these positions are looking to tap into talent and want to knock down obstacles, not add more.
I hope they feel some well deserved pride about doing the right thing in difficult times.
They understand and value it more and aren't to be trifled with
CCs are where working class Americans go to improve their skills and gain employment opportunities. DEI is important to them because their student population reflects the diversity that is our America.
I learned a lot about art there!
