Penzeys has great stuff. Some of it I don't buy from them because it's much less expensive to get at the international grocery. But dang, I love some of their blends.

Mr Leckie enjoys their Frozen Pizza Seasoning and their Pasta Sprinkle. Sometimes I get their Maharajah Curry Powder, which I like a lot but I haven't used storebought curry powder for a while.
My spouse is enamored of Tsardust on burgers or steaks, mac & cheese, and especially mashed sweet potato. I like Tsardust on acorn squash & sweet potato best. Mmmmm.
I find the dicing goes faster if I run the apple through an apple corer/slicer. But even so I haven't made it in a long time.
We're a big Penzeys household. I even refer people to buy their empty jars in my "diabetic-friendly-ish hot cocoa" guide.
Also, the Frozen Pizza Seasoning does a number of beneficial things.
...and yes, also sandwiches.
Also: Mexican vanilla extract. OMG.
I go to the Indian grocery for cumin, though, because I buy it in bulk.
