Yes you can, sorry. The leader, the whip, fucking Brian Schatz? Shaheen (who also possibly not coincidentally just announced she isn't running for reelection).
When the the leader, the whip, and the chief deputy whip all sign off on something, that's the party conference.

If the entire caucus wants the budget to pass, swing-state Senators running for re-election would presumably want to be first in line to take a "yes" vote. But the likes of Gallego and Kelly are confirmed "no"s on cloture. Why?
I don’t agree with that, but at least some senators must feel that way.
Simplistic binaries create excuses for not getting dug, building alliances, and moving forward
But it occurs to me I might know someone who'd know. Probably too late to get rid of him before he can plunge us into new depths of hellworld, but it'll still be worth doing after.
I just don't think Marshall's list makes sense.
Also, if the dirty CR is approved, the continuation of the past 2 months will be laid on these Dems as well. 1/2

I think, however, it is playing Russian Roulette with the US Constitution, and stopping it now will be much easier than after the GOP has it in law
You're lost in the sauce
The swing state voters HAVE to vote no to not have voters leave them. The safe seats can vote yes to accomplish their goal: Not doing anything and going home for the weekend.
Not when it fucking counted your didn't.
It would be because they don't care about the long-term damage caused by Musk taking a chainsaw and a flamethower to government.
Some senators need the D party for campaign $$ others not so much
iow you’re making a sweeping generalization that’s not compelling
