If Musk doesn't end his evening in a squad car, Wisconsin is just announcing that sufficiently wealthy & connected people get to publicly announce they're committing crimes, and the state will be too afraid to do anything about it. Criminal law is for the poor.

1. those, who are protected by the law, but not bound by it.

The richest 1% are protected by the law but not bound by it,
The remaining 99% are bound by the law but not protected by it.
fyi- I did help him to a seat in the shade.
Observing that criminal law is for the poor is woke.
If @joshkaulwi.bsky.social is not willing to enforce the law against someone wealthy and connected, he’s unilaterally choosing to nullify the criminal statute prohibiting vote buying, and he should resign.
SCOTUS
Trump ran out clock on courts & scotus gave him immunity figuring voters would take him down but here we are again

Some people always get away with crime in this country
Commander-in-Chief;
crimes magically disappear…
hence, Musk’s criminal actions equivalent Gaetz ethics reports sex trafficking
It's a political version of Waiting for Godot.
THE COURTS WILL NOT SAVE YOU, UNLESS THEY SEE OTHERS FIGHTING AS WELL!
Arrest him. When you're fired by someone...
The law enforcement apparatus of WI, led by elected Democrats, has declined to file charges for a clear violation of the law. It's entirely on them.
All of the people being "detained" have not been charged or had due process and cannot be released. Sitting p & all committing treason and there they are.
U.S.C. 1201 says, “whoever unlawfully seizes, confines, decoys, kidnaps, abducts, or carries away and holds for ransom or reward any person, or when the person is willfully transported in interstate or foreign commerce across a state boundary is guilty of [...]”
Who are the lawyers?
But if someone asks the court, "hey this guy is planning a crime can you tell him not to crime, please?"
It does seem reasonable to expect the court to say "oh hey don't do that crime"
If nothing else, Musk needs to be taken into custody for being a danger to himself and others.
It’s like he’s offering an even-worse-than-scratchers opportunity to get rich.
they see the throne that Trump and Musk are building for themselves and they think that if they bend the knee to them they'll get a turn on it when it's finished
For example: I assume that MA has laws against kidnapping. Why couldn't they issue arrest warrants against the ICE agents that kidnapped that college student?
