I HATED calling in sick! Even if I was legit sick, I tried to sound sicker to sell it. Always made me feel like a lil kid asking for permission to stay home. 🙄

Now that I have my own company, I give unlimited PTO. I don't want anyone feeling like I did. Adults should be treated like adults.

Mental Health Days are a real thing. Not to say that I’m questioning your mental health, only that a day off when you need it is good for your mental health.

Hell, at least it’s good for mine.

Hope you are doing something fun or sleeping in or both.
