? I'm opposed 2 censorship&preemptive changes. I don't support alterations,except 4 willfully ignored errors/misconduct,without author participation. But comparing texts,I can't find "marginalization" in previous versions,&removal of "Diversity,Equity&Inclusion"only occurs in tags after the article

Yeah, it appears they reverted to the pre-censored version. Unfortunately, the Wayback Machine didn't have a post-1/20/25 capture, but if they did, you could use the 'compare' feature. Yea the changes would have been made on 2/3. At the very least I did copy and paste everything when the change happened into a document that I have saved locally. So I have the record of what was changed.

Of course. It's tragic that we all have to witness that. Normally, publishers are so finickety about getting authors to approve every tiny edit. You'd think they'd at least inform authors and offer an alternative (retract, rescind copyright?).
I do sympathise though - with everyone affected.

I know this is not academic but when I write for these guys, they let me vet the final copy and are willing to correct errors that I point out.

They would never censor me with or without my permission.
