Label created --> order packed --> bill of lading created --> "we found a boat!" --> South China Sea, Cape of Good Hope, Panama Canal --> your order is on its way! --> email vendor, where is Xmas present ordered 12/8/23 --> ummm, dunno, want a credit? --> 7-10 biz days = Feb. 1 ==>> every time
Good lord this is so true. I was waiting for a critical washing machine part. The Sears Direct place said "shipped" and in details it said "Label printed, awaiting package."
After a week I called and the rep argued with me that it was on its way. I told them that was a lie and canceled.
Having worked in fulfillment centers for years, I'm kind of confused as to what people want here. To me it's intuitive that the seller would say it's "shipped" once it leaves the FC. Is the idea that people would rather the seller wait till it's scanned at the first carrier facility in transit?
I’ve spent *days* looking at a “label created, awaiting pick-up” version of “your item has shipped, so we have charged your credit card.” On occasion, a week or longer.
I followed up three months after I got a shipment notification and got told it was out of stock and never actually went out. They just decided to keep my money.
The thing that pisses me off is that the money posts to my credit card 4-5 days before the item actually ships. They shouldn’t be able to claim their dough until it’s received. That would cut down on the use of crappy shipping services like DHL. Lasership, Deliver It. Etc.

*You* submitted an order and a bot created a label from that order. *We* haven’t done anything.
Tracking number is a mystery to USPS.
Vendor says when contacted that it actually shipped 5 days later and the tracking number is bogus.
Christian company that lies.
Never using them again.
Item has cleared customs.
Temu, we know you lie more than that ex whose stuff we threw on the lawn and burned.
