I was against Hochul removing an elected official based on allegations.

Now, now that it’s clear that Eric Adams is willing to abrogate his official responsibilities in order to curry favor with the presidential administration in exchange for a non prosecution agreement, she has to remove him.

Before at least there was the argument that the ordinary criminal justice process should play out without gubernatorial interference. That argument is gone now. There is no excuse for leaving Adams in place a day longer.
