Who decides whether to prosecute? Would it be the person who once took a campaign contribution to decide not to prosecute something called Trump University?
He’s holding his own rallies now? He can barely string a sentence together. Outright corruption, hope WI vote no to Elon, because now it’s a referendum on Elon rather than Schimel.
Crime after crime after crime. It’s just a walk in the park for this Nazi gang of overt criminals while they sht on our once revered Constitution any way, any whim, no fear, joyous, It’s their drug if choice now: Destroyicillin
Ah so...
But Who will "Take care that our laws are faithfully executed?"
That's the rub!
Not these lawless, abject criminals in power or those enabling them!
Pup do you know if this is only a federal crime or if there is a parallel statute wisconsin could independently enforce? I feel like i should know this but…my brain is tired
Not to mention ignoring the fact that the $1M checks are not being given randomly. MAGA are dumb enough to have forgotten already that in PA he pretended they would be “prizes” but just handed out paychecks to actors. Look at this wording. He’ll say “I never said YOU could win! Psych!”
Yikes! I went to the bank to engage in a legally contentious escalation, but when they gave me $50,000 in small bills the bank guard treated me unfairly, so here I sit.
Call Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers and demand that he send state police to arrest Musk for vote buying, which is a crime under Wisconsin Law. Musk is clearly in violation.
Evers' office: (608) 266-1212
Musk has announced that he'll be in Wisconsin soon.
If only just one of the Democrats who crows about the need for more cops to protect Law & Order would arrest Musk for his crimes. If only there were one tough-on-crime prosecutor who would deign to bring charges.
I guess the county BoE would have a record but I don’t know how he would get ahold of that information or your average person would or if it’s even published before an election. Obviously they have the info on hand to protect against double voting but like where’s the proof ?!
Disgusting. Wish every time someone mentions to WI race, they also say the name of the candidate who will uphold the rule of law, protect freedoms: Judge Susan Crawford. (Was happy to write many postcards to voters on her behalf. You can still donate to her: https://www.crawfordforwi.com
How many more of us are going to have to have our lives and livelihoods threatened and destroyed by this asshole before we can get him out of our government and our country?
Honest question. As far as I know, other than contributing to the candidate, has Elon specifically offered the money to vote for the candidate in question? Seems he’s being very coy by only offering the money to “voters”.
But someone with standing in Wisconsin could sue him and Pam Bondi (for refusing to prosecute) for this and voter suppression. I mean anyone could sue anyone but I wonder if we could get a judgement to stay his ongoing bribes? I can believe I am saying that. 2025 zero stars do not recommend.
The Republicans understand the most quintessential truth of America: laws are for the poor and Democratic, not for them. Just try and stop them (they know you won’t)
I suppose, with regard to one small part of this, that tickets to see Elon speak are *not* actually an item of value.
Similarly, he could give away Cybertrucks.
Given that fines wouldn't have any impact on the richest person in the world, if this country survives, he should be put in prison for 2 years for each person who attended any of his rallies.
Looks like 1,200 people attended in McKees Rocks, PA, so that's 2,400 years minimum.
You CAN pay people to sign petitions, you can't pay people to vote. Him phrasing it that way from what I've read would officially put it in to bribery/fraud? is that the rule anyone who knows?

If it’s against the law Musk should be charged!
Trump can’t issue pardons for state offenses
Let's go, Wisconsin!!
Let's stick it to fElon that this is the one thing that even his billions can't buy!
And if only one person shows up in the hopes of some free cash, know that you have sold your soul to the devil
—Musk
“He’s got a point.”

'you can do anything'
My point is that he's possibly going to walk into a protest.

Murder by drowning = “a legally contentious submersion”
If the penalty is a fine, then it is legal for the rich.
He will have to be jailed.
Lending something of value -> increasing propensity of voting.
If yes, can't imagine Bondi doing that.

Of course you’d have to charge him. Imagine the alternative.
Oh? What's that? No action is gonna be taken at all? Danno, please. DANNO... the law is being broken. Do it. Do the thing, where you "Book 'em".
Ok.. maybe next time, I guess. :(
Not sure if Wisconsin has laws on the books against vote buying or not.

Dems should be pressuring WI officials to arrest Musk for violating statutes on buying votes.
Where the fck is the leadership??
