What's the Trump exit strategy for this calamity?

White House is clearly trying to strongarm the Fed into a rate cut, which they'll probably(?) get. I imagine we'll see a huge income tax cut to pour some sugar into the economy. But none of this changes mothballed factories and spiking prices.
