A lot of crochet right now is amigurumi and shaped patterns. Because I use it as something for my hands to do while watching tv, I make blankets using basic stitches. Very little thought required, outside of the starting chain.

I quilt and craft and sell those items in a booth at a local business, and once a month, I am in charge of covering the shop. Today is my day. When I'm here, I recharge my creative juices. I will not see many people today as we are getting up to 8 inches of snow today, but the joy is still there.

I actually took a bath. With a shower bomb (it was all I had). It was lovely and not something i do often. I'm old and overweight so getting out is a bit like what I imagine a beached whale must feel like. Only less sandy.
