The cheaper ones shed fiberglass particles that are super harmful. The brand name ones are full of asbestos. I keep extinguishers and "ez fire stop" spray bottles all over the house and in the cars.
We have a long-held dream of making a browser game like this where you walk around homes correcting unsafe things, but the unsafe things keep combining until you have to face a boss unsafe thing at the end of each home level.
like the US CPSC.
But the ridiculously low-resolution icons you've posted recently are .. ridiculous.
Are you trying to make Commodore 64 graphics proud?
What is the point of this nonsense? Art?
Art is not what we need from you.
The fire extinguisher was the only one that could even be discerned
With so many people running around with their pants on fire, I think there needs to be even more public awareness about the necessity of available, working fire extinguishers.
Very simple. For most models, the extinguisher should have a gauge at the top with a needle that's pointing to green. You'll want to check that to make sure it stays there. Also, check the overall age of your extinguisher per the manufacturer instructions. If it's too old...
Also, if it's a dry-powder extinguisher, once a month turn it upside down and give it a good shake, or whack the bottom with a rubber mallet, to keep the powder loose
I love learning little things about objects like this. You don't even think about them most of the time, but someone somewhere spent an awful lot amount of time thinking about them and how to take care of them because no one thinks about them!
Maybe look into a fire blanket, too. Those things are amazing for smaller fires. My mother-in-law had one and saved her kitchen with it, so she got one for everyone.
I have fire extinguishers for bigger fires and the blanket for smaller ones.
Congratulations! That's actually recognizable as a fire extinguisher, unlike your previous low-res posts.
What is the attraction to the lowest possible recognizable images???
Got a 5-pound ABC dry-chem bottle under the kitchen sink. Would be great to have a K-type for the stove, but I figure I can just put a lid on anything and also pull the pan off the stove top first.
I feel like this could have been a 1990s KidPix stamp. I’m pretty sure they let you make your own stamps in there, and I really hope that’s what you’re doing.

The carbon monoxide from a pixel art portable generator.
Always use your pixelated generator outside, and at least 20 pixels from your pixelated house.
The bad photoshops are GOOD art! It takes work to make something that tacky and recognizable!!!
🏆👍😎

We're paying attention, honest. Thanks for continuing to broadcast into the twilight. . .
I live in an apartment, and they have people who come around and do fire extinguisher inspections.
If you buy one for your home, what is the process of doing an inspection on the extinguisher yourself?
