A lot of people seem to think that Phabio is huge or fat - he is neither! He is a small rabbit at a very healthy weight, he's simply an Angora. They have been bred by humans to have a huge mass of silky soft fur. https://www.petmd.com/rabbit/breeds/angora-rabbit
I was just about to ask if he was an angora lol. I’m very sure his hair is the same used to make angora wool; could be a fun experiment for the next time he needs a brush or trim.
Oooh! What do you do with the hair you brush off him? Angora is very nice to knit with! I once saw a guy who after like six months of gathering the hair off his pet angora spun a small ball of yarn and did some mittens with it 💖
The fact angoras are known for their big floofy coats makes for excellent visual gags in animation. I think one of my favorite gags in animation is "big floofy animal or anthropomorphic character gets wet, revealed to look lanky and weird beneath their massive fluff".
RVASBS rescued an angora last night! She had been outside and unbrushed so many, many mats had to be cut from her fur, but her name is Oreo and she's very cute even with her fur being all jacked up
Designer bunny? Every time people think they're going to improve on a breed, they get that pushed in nose which torments the breeze breed for its entire life.
Hello I am Oosa I am a survis dog ok I know this animal from the yard ok iknow many animals yes I went to a horse ok you know the horse yes is like me but very more big must be careful ok thank you
As long as you brush him daily and give him his regular haircut.
I had Angora bunnies for their hair, to spin it into fabulous yarn, to knit it into the most wonderful soft socks.
Beautiful species! I love bunnies!
Dark story: I had a gorgeous 18lb, black, Boston flop-eared bunny as a kid. His name was Flopsy; he thought he was a dog. One of the neighbors shot his face off, and I was the one who found him... it was tragic! 😥
This post completely confuses me. Cats of Yore and this is a bunny. Who is 3/4 cloud. What does that mean? I am a simple monk. This sounds like a science project.
they flop on their side which makes them very vulnerable but it means they trust you. sometimes they also chatter their teeth when they are content. and do binkies when they are really happy! like rapid movements all around and jumping in the air

2. I WANT TO PET HIM
Serious question please.
It must be amazing to touch.
Can he really feel the petting through that giant coat tho?
What a great description. 🥰
