any thoughts you have after 10 PM, you want to ignore. those are your night thoughts and they are whispered lies. as for your day thoughts, best to ignore those too

What I like to do with these is a little imaginary mental quote tweet with an eye roll emoji, “can you believe this dope is falling for this one again” etc. — it works!
But my night thoughts are the ones where i feel excited and motivated and inspired! The day thoughts are where i feel like shit and unmotivated and depressed.
My thoughts after 10:00pm are “I am trying to sleep, why is my wife’s phone still going off with text messages and why is the kid burning microwave popcorn downstairs and why the hell won’t that cat shut up”
