Getting quite a bit of grief on the βformer siteβ with people telling me to euthanize Missy. Is it time to cut the cord over there? Thanks for all the wonderfully supportive people here. We sure could use more of you to cheer our sweet girl on. ππππ

I will be sorry to see you go if you decide to leave, but as you have said previously her health comes first and she needs a peaceful atmosphere to help her recover.
It is wrong advice, it is cruel and malicious. You know best for Missy, if that time comes, you'll know.
Remember, there are far fewer baddies than good ones but they tend to be very vocal.
Then in February he stopped eating and made it clear he was done fighting. It was sad but I understood what he wanted.
First of all, it was too late for vaccination. Second, the puppies were too young to be vaccinated for rabies.
But most of all, *she knew* the pups had been exposed when she picked them up from Texas.
The situationβsucks. No matter what. Sometimes an animal is so sick or injured, the decision is βeasy.β But other times, itβs really complicated. And it all just plain sucks. Itβs exhausting.
People should be nicer.
My very best to you and Missy. It's so hard having an ill, beloved pet. You have my empathy.
As to X, the wise advice is to keep a copy of all your content and STOP posting anything new or engaging with those hateful f*cks. Sometime soon, people will close their accounts all at once and decimate that platform.
How can a being lack the sapience to know of life, while maintaining the sentience to experience "being put through hell"?
It's the Shrodinger of all Shrodingers if you ask me.
Or that guy's just a douche.
Thank goodness there are good people like you.
Knowing when to let your precious fur baby go is such a difficult decision to make, as anyone who has gone through it knows.
Missy is a lucky girl to have such a loving and caring humanπ
(Dang word limits:)
(She will let you know when she is ready to go. Hugs.)
I've been through this four times, plus one killed by a car. It's horrible and never gets easier. You never forget them though.
And, yes, I'd prefer it myself to months or years of agony.
Ignore the bullies... either block them or just get rid of "the former site." Life's too short for that negativity.
Deprive them of your sweet girl for insulting how you care for her.
Only you will know what to do. Follow your heart and your love will guide you.
Something is wrong with those people.
You need to do what is best for you.
Ultimately, when her time comes, you will be the one suffering, not those cold and callous people.
Maybe all the well wishes will touch her and keep her well a while longer.
You are in charge. You are the only human who can make this choice. Only you.
And it sucks. Iβm sorry.
If you choose to fight, then let it be one for the ages with the best possible outcome. π
When that happens the decision will be made and only then. While she eats and purrs we continue
Animals love us, theyβre easy to spend $ on. They donβt make us feel uncomfortable like it can be supporting a person with all their messy ways.
Itβs terrible when u c a pet βownerβ acting outside a petβs best interests. It doesnβt appear case here, but spending oodles on poodles & pups not humans π
There is so much need in the world, and it seems not all the love. Itβs easy to love pets, not always ppl. Esp with the same day to day charity & love we give to pets.
Pets are a luxury in 21st century society, & pet βownersβ should always humbly realise how privileged they are to have pets in a world where humans canβt get basic needs met.
Give the brave girl a hug from me, please! π«Ά
Your kitty's eyes are gorgeous!
Weβre with Missy and her family on this journey. Sending love an pawsitivity frum CatalunyaππΎπ
Ignore them and keep us informed.
2) the vets always told me that I'd "know" the right time. I always thought they knew but wouldn't tell me. When I finally said goodnye, I think my cat's eyes said "Finally."
It's very hard and your cat is beautiful.
Fuck βem.
Missy deserves all you can give her β₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈ
As long as you and your vet know sheβs not suffering, itβs no one elseβs business.
I realized it was time for my oldest cat (24 years) to go when she stopped snuggling with me, and was not demanding food.
I've spent $6000 at a time on more cats then i'd like to say!
They should euthanize Ellen π
Good luck MissyB

When time comes for Missy to cross the Rainbow Bridge, please know that our "fur angels" will be there to escort her across. π±
And to those people saying horrible things: may someone sneak cat turds into their Almond Roca.
Not that you asked me, but I think Iβd cut the cord on that hell site.
Iβm sorry that theyβre choosing to be heartless arses.
