Shit, I was wrong. The WSJ headline made it seem cooler than it was, but the article elaborates that this was confined to State Department nominees. Better than nothing, but less than it could have been. Doesn’t help that every single Senate Democrat voted yes on li’l Marco Rubio already. Oops!

He didn't say all nominees. He said State Department nominees, meaning a specific set involved with foreign affairs. AG is domestic. Yeah, I want them all stopped too, but this was about a precise group of people--he didn't say he'd hold all of them.
