Hey, do you know what you call a guy who never admits a mistake, who becomes President of the United States by never admitting a mistake, who then convinces his entire presidential administration to never admit—let alone correct—any mistake, leading to innocents getting life sentences? A sociopath.

Even if you (wrongly) believe that some immigrants lack due process rights, what’s to stop the government from claiming that *you* are an undocumented immigrant; removing you to El Salvador; citing an “administrative error”; and refusing to do anything to bring you back? The answer is due process.
Didn’t get a chance to post this earlier, but there was a huge turnout in support of Kilmar Abrego Garcia at the federal courthouse. From my seat in the jury room, I heard the supporters outside chanting throughout the hearing.

Mr. Abrego Garcia was illegally abducted by the Trump Admin and, by their own admission, wrongly deported to El Salvador. He shouldn’t have to spend another second away from his family. I'm flying to El Salvador tomorrow morning to check on his condition and discuss his return.

Thank YOU for coming out! This is exactly why we do this. One objective of these rallies has been for people in red and swing areas to start seeing and finding one another. There is power in numbers. We also bring local organizers onstage to speak and highlight local issues. It’s been great 💜
