Heisei definitely has its moments, just not enough for me.
It's the second best from the Heisei era imo, the first being Destroyah!

Spacegodzilla is a beast and IT ROCKS. He's so Raditz it hurts, and Godzilla and the humans being forced to team up is wonderful. The sets, the colors, it's fantastic!
