Alexandra Erin once pointed out that with an edit feature, a post saying "who loves this cute kitten 😍" could get a million likes and reposts and then be edited to: "who thinks Adolf Hitler had the right idea!", the likes and reposts still there. An edit feature shouldn't be too simple 😕

If you've searched for a particular feed from the special search box in the "# Feeds" menu & tapped/clicked on it, you should have an option to like it and add to Feeds. If you select to pin it, it'll be one of the ones listed across the top when you're at "Home." Tapping 1 of those takes you to it.

I absolutely HATE this workaround. I want bookmarking, too, but threads full of pins suck. It helps the person posting it at the expense of everyone else's experience and the OP's notifications. Posts with zero content are bad. One or two in a thread is tolerable, but dozens? They get in the way.

You can cite the interesting post in your own post, where you use the 📌 emoji. This new post will be in your pin feed, too. It's not really private, but only your followers will see the citation, because it's not a comment.
